Designed by doll artist Marirose for the 2008 National Barbie Doll Collectors Convention, Joie de Vivre Barbie doll wears a rather famous fashion inspired by Paramount Pictures 1957 musical comedy Funny Face. The ensemble consists of a red satin gown with tiny bows on the turn-down bodice and at the top of the train. The ultra-chic accessories include a chiffon scarf, opera-length white gloves, sheer hose, red sling back high heeled shoes and a magnificent set of faux emerald and rhinestone jewelry.
