Some merchandise is sold as a Pre-Order.
Such items are indicated as such and specify in the description
of the item the estimated release and ship date.

NOTE: When you place a pre-order for an item your charge card will be billed at that time the order is placed!  YOU MAY choose the option at checkout starting July 28th 2010, of paying a 30% non refundable deposit, in which case you will only be charged 30% on your pre order item(s) and the balance upon shipment.

You are guaranteed the item!  This is the only way we can guarantee the item. 
By checking out you are agreeing to be charged for that item!

 If you do not want to be charged for the item you have the choice of waiting until it is in stock, but we can not guarantee that by the time it comes in we are not sold out since those who have paid for the item in advance are guaranteed receipt and those orders will be filled first. 

PLEASE DO NOT COMBINE PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE WITH AVAILABLE MERCHANDISE if you so the in stock items will ship immediately and you will be billed a separate shipping charge! 

When you are preordering several dolls, more than likely, they WILL NOT be sent all together because they arrive in stock at different times. You will be charged for each shipment sent.  We try our best to combine dolls to save customers shipping costs (we understand your position, we are collectors ourselves), but we simply cannot guarantee that we will be able to combine your orders! Due to the volume of orders, you will not be contacted directly prior to order processing. However, we will email you a UPS tracking number if your order was shipped via UPS, so please be sure to always supply us with any updated information.

Cancellations of Pre-Orders items will incur a 30%  fee or a Forfeit of any Deposits.
You may also apply payment of a pre-order to a new order as a store credit.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not issue refunds only store credit.

Ship dates are quoted per the manufacturer and may change due to production issues. 
We can not guarantee a ship date. 
Please note that there are sometimes delays in receiving new merchandise due to production or shipping issues that we have no control over. We will ship merchandise as soon as we receive it. Also note that the pictures we have online are pictures of prototypes and sometimes the final product may be slightly different than the original prototype.

The merchandise will ship to you as soon as it is in stock. 
In the event that merchandise does not come in within 6 months of estimated ship date you
can receive a full refund with no restocking fee. 

PRE ORDER DOLLS are subject to change from the images the manufacturers provide at the time of sale.  We cannot be responsible for small changes in fabric or trims on dolls.
