Policies, Terms and Conditions:

When you are preordering several dolls, more than likely, they WILL NOT be sent all together because they arrive in stock at different times. You will be charged for each shipment sent. We try our best to combine dolls to save customers shipping costs (we understand your position, we are collectors ourselves), but we simply cannot guarantee that we will be able to combine your orders! Due to the volume of orders, you will not be contacted directly prior to order processing. However, we will email you a UPS tracking number if your order was shipped via UPS, so please be sure to always supply us with any updated information.

You are guaranteed the item! This is the only way we can guarantee the item. By checking out you are agreeing to be charged for that item!

If you do not want to be charged for the item you have the choice of waiting until it is in stock, or choosing the option to pay only a 30% non refundable deposit at check out, but we can not guarantee that by the time it comes in we are not sold out since those who have paid for the item in advance are guaranteed receipt and those orders will be filled first.

PLEASE DO NOT COMBINE PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE WITH AVAILABLE MERCHANDISE OR we will ship in stock items immediately and charge you extra shipping for the items in stock.!
If you order items in stock along with pre-order items the order will be shipped in two parts. You will be charged for the second shipment.

Ship dates are quoted per the manufacturer and may change due to production issues.
We can not guarantee a ship date.
Please note that there are sometimes delays in receiving new merchandise due to production or shipping issues that we have no control over. We will ship merchandise as soon as we receive it. Also note that the pictures we have online are pictures of prototypes and sometimes the final product may be slightly different than the original prototype.

The merchandise will ship to you as soon as it is in stock.
In the event that merchandise does not come in within 6 months of estimated ship date you
can receive a full refund with no restocking fee.

PRE ORDER DOLLS are subject to change from the images the manufacturers provide at the time of sale. We cannot be responsible for small changes in fabric or trims on dolls.

Refused Shipments
Shipments that are refused will be billed shipping return charges if the shipment is sent back to us. Make sure someone is home to receive a package this is ordered. You can select signature request if you want someone to sign for the package, packages that go out without signature required that are left by UPS are the customers responsibility. We suggest you select Signature required if it is unsafe to leave your package at your door.

Change of Address on Shipments.
Changes of address on shipments once they have changed will be billed $15.00 for a change of address, unless it is our error.

Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your Angelic Dreamz Home Decor purchase. If, for any reason, you would like to return or exchange an item, simply return it according to the instructions below within 15 days of purchase in original condition, A 30% restocking fee will apply when returning items. Before returning an item. We will replace it with another item or give you a store credit.
We will not issue a refund only a store credit!

SALE ITEMS ARE ALL CONSIDERED FINAL SALE and May not be returned. Wreaths are special order items and MAY NOT be returned.

More on Returns and Exchanges
At Angelic Dreamz Home, customer satisfaction is our number one concern. We will do our very best to satisfy each and every customer to the best of our ability each and every time. Any unused, brand new merchandise, in their original boxes or packages, may be returned for exchange or store credit within 15 days of receipt (less the shipping cost). Angelic Dreamz Home assumes the "ship to" costs on items with "free shipping" only on purchases that are not returned. A 30% restocking fee will apply when returning items. Before returning an item, you must obtain a "Return Authorization Number". Our customer service representatives can give you more information. Defective merchandise after the 15 day period is under warranty by the manufacturer, and we encourage you to please read the warranty information enclosed with each product. If you should receive any item that is "defective on arrival", please contact us immediately so we can replace the item at our expense. If you choose not to receive a replacement shipping charges are not refundable and the restocking fee will apply.

Please open your package and inspect upon receipt. Claims for products that are received damaged must be made within 5 days of receipt. In addition CHRISTMAS & HALLOWEEN ITEMS such as KRINKLES can not be returned after Halloween or after Christmas. Halloween Krinkles, and Villages as well Christmas Krinkles and Village sales are FINAL. WREATHS are also considered Special Order items and are not returnable.

To file a return authorization request simply login to your account on our site or CLICK HERE find your order, and click on view details within the order. Find the "Add new RMA" button and click on it. You can then select the item(s) that need to be returned, replaced or exchanged here. There is also a place to put in your comments. You will then receive and email with instructions on what to do next.

Our Corporate Offices are located in Canandaigua, NY, and we ship from many different warehouses within the United States.

All sales become final after 15 days.

ALL SPECIAL ORDERS SALES ARE FINAL & ARE NOT RETURNABLE

WREATHS ARE CONSIDERED A SPECIAL ORDER ITEM AND NOT RETURNABLE, CONSIDERED A FINAL SALE.

IF YOU REFUSE A PACKAGE and it is returned to us you are liable for the shipping charges both out to you and back to us. If the package is received damaged we will not issue a credit we will file a damage claim and you will have to wait for the claim to be approved to be reimbursed.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS PRIOR TO SHIPPING:
Once an order is in PROCESSING status it may only be canceled by contacting us through the website, there will be a 20% Cancellation fee to cancel any orders already in processing. CONTACT US

Damages & Claims

Please open and inspect all items Immediately!
* Please understand some of the items we sell are hand crafted, slight variation are inherent.

You have 3 days from the time you receive a package to report a damage or missing item claim. Please inspect your package upon arrival and notify us immediately of any damages or other problems. Failure to do so within 5 days will result in our inability to help you. If you are out of town and you can't inspect your package make sure someone else does. We are not liable for packages that remain unopened and un-inspected for longer than 3 days.

We will assist in any way that we can to get the item replaced or credited, never the less, Angelic Dreamz Home, is not ultimately responsible for damages incurred while in shipment. We do realize that these incidents although rare, do occur and we will make every effort to rectify the situation. Several parties may be involved in this process and your patience will be greatly appreciated. We are pleasant by nature and want all transactions to be pleasant as well and as timely as possible.

If your package arrives damaged. Please contact us immediately by email. We will then file a claim for damages with UPS. Please hold on to the package and all package materials for five days or until you hear from us. Once UPS approves the claim we will give you the option of replacing the merchandise or giving you a credit. It is very important that claims be filed immediately, please inspect all packages immediately and report damages within 3 days of receipt. Any damages reported after 3 days can not be resolved. Thank you.

If the damage is deemed to be a manufacturing defect, we will contact the manufacturer and get a replacement as soon as possible, please be patient while we resolve any manufacturing defects.

To file a DAMAGE CLAIM simply login to your account on our site or CLICK HERE find your order, and click on view details within the order. Find the "Add new RMA" button and click on it. You can then select the item(s) that need to be returned, replaced or exchanged here. There is also a place to put in your comments. You will then receive and email with instructions on what to do next.

A NOTE ABOUT DOLL BOXES

This in particular relates to Barbie Dolls. If it is a new doll, it is mint in original box, from Mattel, we do not sell any displayed dolls. We make every effort to make sure the item you receive is perfect. At no extra cost we insure your packages so that in the case there is damage you will not lose and we will not lose either. That having been said, you should know that we are not in the business of selling boxes, we sell Barbie Dolls. UPS will not and does not nor can they insure the doll boxes. We take every precaution in packing and shipping to make sure the item arrives perfect but we can not control what happens between us and your front door. That is why we insure every item.

Regarding older and retired dolls. While we only buy and sell dolls that have never been removed from their boxes and are in mint condition. There is intrinsically some wear from shipping and time that will occur on most doll boxes, this in no way diminishes their value. If you are overly concerned about the condition of a box, please call us before ordering and we would be more than happy to review the item you are interested in and let you know if there are any defects, otherwise, when you buy a retired doll you are accepting that it is not a new item, and that a certain amount of wear and time may have affected the condition of the box.

Most boxes made by Mattel were not meant to withstand a lot of shipping and traveling, many boxes arrive not perfect directly from Mattel. It is important to remember that the box is not what you are collecting, it is the doll, and box condition in the long run is not as important. But again we re-iterate we will be happy to give you any information upon request.

You can be assured that we will stand behind our product and help you in any way we can that is reasonable, as doll collectors ourselves for many years, we understand what a collector wants and what is important, you can feel comfortable that we will help you in any way we can....

All retired dolls are sold as is! Final Sale. If there is a problem with the box that is noticeable or significant we will post it on the item if you have a concern please call us and we will be more than happy to check it for you, you can reach us from 9:00 am to 9:00pm EST 7 days a week.

My doll is fine but the box is damaged. Can I get another box?
We do our best to ship out perfect boxes, but due to the fragile nature of cardboard and paper boxes, we cannot guarantee undamaged boxes. We will not replace damaged boxes.

UPS EXPRESS SERVICES
Remember Orders placed after 11:am do not leave our warehouse until the next Business day, Business day being Monday-Friday. Ups does not pick up or deliver on weekends. The only deliveries made on Saturdays are overnight Friday Deliveries, 2nd day Air on a Thursday is delivered on the following Monday!
