* Please understand some of the items we sell are hand crafted, slight variation are inherent.
You have 3 days from the time you receive a package to report a damage or missing item claim. Please inspect your package upon arrival and notify us immediately of any damages or other problems. Failure to do so within 5 days will result in our inability to help you. If you are out of town and you can't inspect your package make sure someone else does. We are not liable for packages that remain unopened and un-inspected for longer than 3 days.
We will assist in any way that we can to get the item replaced or credited, never the less, Angelic Dreamz Home, is not ultimately responsible for damages incurred while in shipment. We do realize that these incidents although rare, do occur and we will make every effort to rectify the situation. Several parties may be involved in this process and your patience will be greatly appreciated. We are pleasant by nature and want all transactions to be pleasant as well and as timely as possible.
If your package arrives damaged please follow the instructions below to file a new RMA in your account. We will then file a claim for damages with UPS. Please hold on to the package and all package materials for five days or until you hear from us. Once UPS approves the claim we will give you the option of replacing the merchandise or giving you a credit. It is very important that claims be filed immediately, please inspect all packages immediately and report damages within 3 days of receipt. Any damages reported after 3 days can not be resolved. Thank you.
If the damage is deemed to be a manufacturing defect, we will contact the manufacturer and get a replacement as soon as possible, please be patient while we resolve any manufacturing defects.
To file a DAMAGE CLAIM simply login to your account on our site or CLICK HERE find your order, and click on view details within the order. Find the "Add new RMA" button and click on it. You can then select the item(s) that need to be returned, replaced or exchanged here. There is also a place to put in your comments. You will then receive and email with instructions on what to do next.
A NOTE ABOUT DOLL BOXES
This in particular relates to Barbie Dolls. If it is a new doll, it is mint in original box, from Mattel, we do not sell any displayed dolls. We make every effort to make sure the item you receive is perfect. At no extra cost we insure your packages so that in the case there is damage you will not lose and we will not lose either. That having been said, you should know that we are not in the business of selling boxes, we sell Barbie Dolls. UPS will not and does not nor can they insure the doll boxes. We take every precaution in packing and shipping to make sure the item arrives perfect but we can not control what happens between us and your front door. That is why we insure every item.
Regarding older and retired dolls. While we only buy and sell dolls that have never been removed from their boxes and are in mint condition. There is intrinsically some wear from shipping and time that will occur on most doll boxes, this in no way diminishes their value. If you are overly concerned about the condition of a box, please call us before ordering and we would be more than happy to review the item you are interested in and let you know if there are any defects, otherwise, when you buy a retired doll you are accepting that it is not a new item, and that a certain amount of wear and time may have affected the condition of the box.
Most boxes made by Mattel were not meant to withstand a lot of shipping and traveling, many boxes arrive not perfect directly from Mattel. It is important to remember that the box is not what you are collecting, it is the doll, and box condition in the long run is not as important. But again we re-iterate we will be happy to give you any information upon request.
You can be assured that we will stand behind our product and help you in any way we can that is reasonable, as doll collectors ourselves for many years, we understand what a collector wants and what is important, you can feel comfortable that we will help you in any way we can....
All retired dolls are sold as is! Final Sale. If there is a problem with the box that is noticeable or significant we will post it on the item if you have a concern please call us and we will be more than happy to check it for you, you can reach us from 9:00 am to 9:00pm EST 7 days a week.
My doll is fine but the box is damaged. Can I get another box?
We do our best to ship out perfect boxes, but due to the fragile nature of cardboard and paper boxes, we cannot guarantee undamaged boxes. We will not replace damaged boxes.
