We would also like to remind customers about our transit times, so that you can plan to receive all our your Christmas packages on time. Below you can see the transit times for UPS and FedEx.
UPS does not move/deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday and FedEx does not move/deliver packages on Sunday. In addition, the day the package is shipped does not count as a transit day. Try to place your orders before 3pm to assure that they will ship out that day.
Here's just one example for you:
If you are in a 4-day transit zone using UPS and you place your order before 3pm on a Thursday you should expect your package on the following Wednesday. If you have any questions about transit times please call 1-800-860-9934 for assistance!

The holiday collection is still on Pre-Order and we are expecting these late December. There are no guarantees that these will be in time for Christmas, but as always we are trying our best to get them shipped as soon as possible.
