| How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? |

You cannot change or cancel items or quantities once an order has been placed unless you call us during business hours at 800-860-9934 press option 1. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be changed or cancelled. |
| How do I track my order? |

Click the "My Account" link at the top left hand side of our site , sign into your account and findyour order, click on view details and there will be a tracking code on the order if it has shipped. Click on the tracking code. |
| My order never arrived. |

Click the "My Account" link at the top left hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance. |
| An item is missing from my shipment. |

| When will my Pre Order arrive? |

Pre Order ship dates are noted on the description of the item and sometimes on the description for the item on your order. Pre Order ship dates are given from information from the vendor and are often subject to change. We will immediately update any changes on the item description on the site. Pre Order ship dates are not guaranteed and should not be depended on if you need an item for a specific date. Combining Pre Order items on an order with items in stock will delay in stock items from shipping until order is complete. If you have combined both types of items on an order and would like them shipped separately please contact us and we would be happy to ship them separately. An additional shipping charge will or may apply.
