SPIRIT OF THE CHIEF 
Artist: Lorna Matsuda

Traditionally, the Chief was the greatest warrior in the tribe and he was easy to recognize because he wore a grand eagle feather headdress. Frequently, before battle or hunt, the Chief would adorn his prize pony with eagle feathers.
