Her dress is designed by Deanna Torigian for Babettes Fashion Dolls at Couture Doll Shops. It was one of three designs who won a competition from CDS Shops to design a dress for JAMIEshow dolls, and will be produced for sale at IDEX.

JAMIEshow dolls are produced for and sold Exclusively at Angelic Dreamz, I along with our team in China and now some US Designers, design and produce the dolls. They are shipped from the USA.

JS Dolls are made of a specific resin designed and patterned by my partner in China called Smooth J Resin. It has a unique look unlike any other resin in the market, it is also non toxic. In fact 3 out of the 5 ingredients used to make this resin are edible. The resin is very sturdy and does not break easily, the only fragile part of the body are the fingers since they are very small, but even they are very strong, and we offer replacements on our site.

We produce a limited number of dolls usually no more than 50 but some editions have been as small as 15 pcs. Each doll is made by hand! Each piece has to be made and cleaned and sanded, strung together, then the body is blushed and the face painted. All faces are painted by hand, there is no screening involved in the making of any dolls nor do we employ any machine production. Each doll is essentially a one of a kind. Our face painters are master artist and if you have never seen one, the eyes will amaze you as they are painted in a process that involves 7 layers of painting. All eyes have upper lashes. All heads have pierced ears.

All doll since 2011 come with both a hard cap on their heads so they can wear wigs, and they come with a rooted wig cap as well. The rooted wig caps are exactly what they sound like, caps that have hair rooted into them. THE IDEX EVENT DOLL will come with two rooted wig caps, as well as a hard cap for wigs. Every doll has interchangeable hands ( http://www.angelicdreamz.com/FASHION-DOLL-ACCESSORIES_c_1533.html )and we offer a whole selection of other hands on our website in different poses. All finger nails are manicured as are toes.

Every doll comes with a doll stand that is a saddle stand and is articulated and locks, we have been lauded as having one of the best doll stands in the market. I am always amused when I see pictures on web post of other companies dolls on our doll stands.

The Body's on our dolls are very realistic and well proportioned. We have found that our present bodies can wear almost any 16" Doll clothes including Gene clothing. THE IDEX doll body will be a new body sculpt, but not extremely different from our existing bodies.

Pricing: Our dolls are some of the least expensive dolls in the BJD market. We can control the cost because we deal directly withe the factory and are the only chain in the supply so there are not multiple mark ups in the doll. Our Basic dolls are around $300, Bodies are less than $300 and Special Edition Dolls are usually around $475.
